Hinge washer for adjustment 8,5x1,0 mm ABLOY

The ABLOY height adjustment washer is designed for use with the Abloy and Fiskars non-adjustable hinges ABL110x30 and FIS110x30, when door height adjustment is needed.

If you have a Fiskars or Abloy hinge with a slot in the top of the hinge side (indicated by a red arrow), you can use this washer to lift the door.

Open the door and lift the door about 1 cm up. There is now  space in the hinge slot to insert the steel washer.

Add a washer to all the hinges on the door (if the door has 3 hinges, then its necessary to add washer for each hinge).

If you have added a washer to all the hinges, lower the door back to its position and test that the door no longer goes against the threshold.

If the door did not rise enough, repeat the procedure and add another washer to all hinges.

The maximum number of washers you can add is 4 for each hinge. This way you can raise the door max 4 mm higher.
